Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payment
To secure our services for your wedding day, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than two weeks before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
Image Rights
By hiring our services, you grant holamoments the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website and social media platforms.
Delivery of Images
Final edited images will be delivered within 6-8 weeks after the wedding date. Images will be provided in high-resolution digital format.
Liability
holamoments is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, such as natural disasters or illness. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
