Pre-Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment Terms

To secure your pre-wedding photography session, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the scheduled shoot date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot will receive a 50% refund of the total fee, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the shoot will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are allowed to reschedule their session once, provided it is done at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by holamoments.

Liability and Safety

holamoments is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the photography session. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

Image Rights and Usage

holamoments reserves the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. Clients will receive a digital gallery of edited images for personal use.


