Graduation Photography Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement
By booking our graduation photography services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein. Our services are designed to capture your special moments with professionalism and creativity.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a 50% fee of the total package cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 72 hours in advance.
Image Rights
All images captured during the session remain the property of holamoments. Clients receive a personal use license, allowing them to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.
Liability
holamoments is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage during the photoshoot. Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Our graduation photoshoots are designed to be a fun and memorable experience. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow time for preparation and outfit adjustments. Our team will guide you through poses and settings to ensure your photos reflect your personality and achievements.
